The below charts set out the relevant maximum fulfillment violation fees that may be charged by us against the seller in accordance with the Seller Fulfillment Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, this Temu EU Seller Fulfillment Violation Fee Chart shall constitute an integral part of the Seller Fulfillment Policy and shall be interpreted and implemented together with the Seller Fulfillment Policy.
For the avoidance of doubt, regarding Norwegian Site, the fulfilment violation fees listed in the chart below will be only applicable to the scenario where the products offered by sellers registered in Norwegian Site for sale in Norway.
