Carbon Emissions Reporting Policy

1. General

1.1 In order to enable you to know the GHG Information (as defined below) relating to your use of transportation services within France offered or marketed through the Temu sites, we adopt this Carbon Emissions Reporting Policy (this “Policy"). This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Temu Seller EU Services Agreement.

1.2 Unless otherwise specified, the capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy shall have the same meaning as those in the Temu Seller EU Services Agreement.

2. Carbon Emission Reporting

2.1 Where required by applicable law, we will provide you with carbon emissions estimates relating to your use of transportation services within France offered or marketed through the Temu (“GHG Information”). GHG Information will be provided under the “Orders” section of your Seller Center Account at a cadence of 6 months, starting in June 2026.

2.2 GHG Information can be part of your aggregated carbon footprint reporting but can’t be used as a standalone number without prior written approval by Temu.

3. Miscellaneous

3.1 Any matter not covered by this Policy shall be governed by the Temu Seller EU Services Agreement.

3.2 The governing language of this Policy, including the Temu EU Seller Rules, is English. Any translation of the English language version of this Agreement is provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict, the English language version shall prevail.
